About me
I'm a growth and product-y person, mainly focused on 0 -> 1 for early stage start-ups. I'm currently growing Jitty and having the most fun of my entire career telling agents to do my job for me, no mistakes.
In 2014 I helped found Digital Mums, which we grew to the low millions in annual revenue. We supported 1000s of mums to build new careers in digital marketing, then we all kind of burnt out (the underlying operational model didn't really work, you live and you learn).
After that I worked at tiney as their first growth hire, starting off pre-revenue and even pre-product. We semi-pivoted and hit seven figures in GMV by the time I left. They're now the 4th largest childcare provider in the UK.
I live in Berlin where I speak passable German. I have somehow ended up as the finance person at my daughter's nursery (don't ask). I have a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, no it's not like karate.
